Belgium 2022 World Cup Guide| All you need know

Belgium and their golden generation of football could be breathing its last as they make their way to the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar.

Spearheaded by the likes of Kevin De Bruyne, Eden Hazard, and Thibaut Courtois, Belgium finished third in the last edition of the FIFA World Cup before losing to eventual winners France. Looking at the talent at their disposal, it won’t be a surprise if Belgium goes all the way and win the World Cup.

The qualification campaign for Belgium

The impeccable and ruthless approach under Roberto Martinez has seen Belgium produce their best, but have fallen short of the silverware at the last hurdle. Six wins in eight qualifying rounds saw them book their place in the main round. Stern challenges of Wales, Czech Republic, and Estonia were seen off easily as they went undefeated in the qualifiers, amassing 20 points from a possible 24, in the process scoring 25 goals and conceding six which saw them being one of the efficient teams in the qualifying rounds of the World Cup from Europe.
