Football Transfers Summer 2022: Confirmed signings so far in the transfer window

In this article, we list down the major transfers that have been confirmed so far in the summer 2022 transfer window.

Numerous elite European clubs are pursuing talented players to bolster their squad for the next season as the new campaign is only one month away. Many clubs in the Ligue 1, Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, and Serie A have made fresh acquisitions.

Likewise, there have been high-paying deals for over $100 million. Erling Haaland and Darwin Nunez have joined the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool, and this might be the year's most significant deal. While other teams are also bidding for certain prominent players.

According to sources, Chelsea have shown interest in Raheem Sterling, but Manchester City are waiting for them to submit a proposal. 

With Dembele, Chelsea's interest has reportedly waned. The Blues' contract offer did not satisfy the Barcelona star, and he is now considering exploring other options.

Barcelona have indicated a desire to acquire Leeds striker Raphinha and Bayern Munich talisman Robert Lewandowski. Due to their substantial debt, though, the Spanish behemoths have yet to make a bid.

While their rivals, Real Madrid, boosted their midfield by purchasing Aurelien Tchouameni from Monaco. 

Following Liverpool's decision to re-evaluate offering Mohamed Salah a new contract, there have been rumors linking the Egyptian to Real Madrid. The 14-time Champions League winners, however, have refuted these claims.

Arsenal are interested in signing the Brazilian winger from Leeds, but the 25-year-old player is only willing to move to Barcelona. 

Despite this, the Gunners have made other successful signings, including the striker Gabriel Jesus from Manchester City. They have also made some notable offers.

On the other side, Tottenham has signed Ivan Perisic from Inter Milan, and are also linked to Richarlison and Gordon from Everton.
