LA Lakers vs Philadelphia 76ers Prediction and Preview: NBA 2020-21

Two of the biggest names in the NBA, LA Lakers, and Philadelphia 76ers are set to go head-to-head on the 26th of March 2021.

LA Lakers Current Form

The La Lakers aren't in the best of shape, with a string of losses recently and several players out injured. Lakers will be without the services of LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

However, these are just the big names, the team will also be without Marc Gasol and Jared Dudley. The defending NBA champions will have to make sure that they turn up the best versions of themselves on Friday to avoid remorse.

Dennis Schroder, Montrezl Harell, and Kyle Kuzma have held the team and they will have to do it for some more time until they get their stars back.

They have slipped down to the 4th spot in the Western Conference charts and nothing less than a win would aid them.

In Seth Curry's absence, Tony Bradley stepped up too and his latest 18-point double-double is likely to earn him another start in this high-profile match.

Joel Embiid's out too and Furkan Korkmaz is likely to replace him but against an injury-ridden Lakers side, the gamble could pay off.

The sides have some match-defining players out and just like last time, with James and Davis out, Philadelphia could take the driver's seat quite comfortably. LA Lakers would want to avoid that and they surely have a statement to make.
