Manchester United were pretty impressive in their midweek triumph at the San Siro against AC Milan, where Zlatan Ibrahimovic's introduction was also not enough to outplay the Red Devils. However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's bold move of taking Marcus Rashford off and bringing on Paul Pogba who was out of action since February proved to be spot on.

The Frenchman had an instant impact on the game as he fired the ball in the net with a cheeky finish, just three minutes after his introduction. Despite the goal being the winner, it was the Manchester United backline who proved to be robust yet again.

Luke Shaw, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Harry Maguire and especially, Victor Lindelof were outstanding as they barely allowed Milan to put the ball back in the net. Milan did have their chances but Dean Henderson seemed to be at his best even though he did not a very engaging game.

However, he did save Zlatan's point-blank header to deny the game from going into the extra-time. United's FA Cup has been good too, knocking the likes of Liverpool and West Ham United back-to-back.

Their FA Cup opponents, Leicester City have managed to deal with the casualties well, as they thrashed the almost-relegated Sheffield United, courtesy of a hattrick of goals for Kelechi Iheanacho and a hattrick of assists for Jamie Vardy.

The hosts will be without Harvey Barnes, James Maddison, Cengiz Under, and James Justin. Ricardo Pereira is out too after he picked up a hamstring injury in the 5-0 win over the Blades.

Dennis Praet is likely to return. For United, Rashford is a doubt, Anthony Martial is a concern too, while there's no certainty over the Uruguayan, Edinson Cavani's return too.

Paul Pogba is expected to start after a promising performance, while Alex Telles, Donny Van de Beek, and Nemanja Matic are the others who would be eager to start. With Henderson starting a couple of games recently, he may be continued for the league games, with David De Gea making an appearance in the crucial quarter-final.
